An old fashioned dessert that is good by itself, or a good base mix for you to “get creative.” Our mix is not only easy to prepare, but yields one of the most moist and tender cakes you ever have tasted. Yields a 1 pound loaf. Our Pound Cake Mix doubles as a muffin mix. Blueberry Muffin recipe included on back of Pound Cake SCHOOL BRAND™BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 1 bag Pound Cake Mix ½ cup melted butter 2 beaten eggs ½ cup milk 1 cup fresh blueberriesUsing mixer, combine contents of bag with butter and eggs. Slowly add milk. Mix until smooth consistency. Fold in blueberries to batter. Pour about 1/3 cup batter into greased muffin pan and bake at 350°F for approximately 18-22 minutes. Yield: 12 – 14 muffins.
