Stir in gravy mix and stir for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Slowly pour in milk, stirring briskly with wire whisk until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat, stirring constantly, and remove from heat when desired consistency is reached. Yield: 2 cups gravy.
